Accurate Pump Selection- Sizing a pump properly is the first step toward realizing energy efficiency. Ensuring that the pump is running in its "sweet spot" means that it is using the appropriate amount of energy to complete the pumping task at hand. In addition to our manufacturer's software systems, we have PumpFlo sizing software in house to size virtually any pump. Consult with our team to find the pump that is right for your application!

Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's)- Modulating the amount of energy that is actually sent to the pump is a more efficient way to operate. Many older systems were based on the concept of running the pump at 100% speed utilizing control valves to throttle flow rates. Adding energy at the pump to only remove it with control valves is an obvious waste. Controlling the addition of energy is a better choice and today's VFD's can do it for an economical price.

Energy Efficient Motors- Economical options for higher efficiency motors exist today that never existed in the past.
