Preventative Maintenance

Webb Pump can work with you to perform routine maintenance on a set schedule to minimize potential downtime. Regular seal changes, periodic laser realignment, temperature trending of bearings, and inspection of motors and related controls are common for us. The goal is simple: to eliminate the emergency situation surrounding an unexpected failure and the inconvenience that it can cause.

Example: A major apartment complex in Rhode Island has relied on Webb Pump to routinely PM their wet pit sewage system. Actual past inspections uncovered potential failures in their limit switch system and in their air pad system before they happened, avoiding the incredibly unpleasant effects of a system failure.
