With our in-house fabrication capabilities and our extensive group of sub-suppliers, Webb Pump routinely builds and sources bases in both painted carbon steel and stainless steel. Our designs can be built from heavy gauge channel, tubular steel, or gusseted plate steel designs and can include integral drip pans with drain fittings, grout holes, or bolt-down flanges. In many cases, dimensional limitations can also be accommodated when installation areas are tight or when a pump needs to mate up to existing piping or fit on a skidded system. All are constructed to provide a base that will maintain accurate alignment over the life of the pump.

We also provide polymer concrete bases from Summit Pump, which offer superior corrosion resistance and vibration dampening. They also come complete with integral catch basins and stainless steel fastener inserts. In addition, we have other sub-suppliers that we rely on when more exotic materials or coatings may be required.
